The Harriers club shoot this Saturday 23rd November has been canceled, due to our commitment to the MFTA winter league. Saturday will be use for setting out the course ready for the four round of the winter league on Sunday. Any help from club members would be appreciated, setting up will start from around 09:00 ish. The MFTA winter league third round was held at BLACKBROOK FTC. Well done to Nick Murphy for winning the third round with a score of 37/40.
The MFTA winter league second round was held at PURLEY CHASE FTC.
Well done to Andrew Gillott with some outstanding shooting to clearing the course to winning the second round of the winter league with a top score of 40/40. Top shot mate.
Blackbrook FTC has announce that they will be holding a series of 3 open shoots (50 shots course) starting on 17/11/19 and then following on with 15/12/19 and finally 12/01/20.
The format will be shotgun start at 09:30 hrs with booking in opening at 08:00hrs. Quality medals will be given on the day for 1st to 3rd in each grade AA, A, B and C. There will be no open or Piston class for these events, however you are more than welcome to shoot open or piston.
The series will be shot over all 3 shoots with all 3 scores to count. CASH prizes will be awarded on the final shoot, The entry fee will be £12 per shoot with £2 per entry going directly to the end of series cash prize fund.
The MFTA winter league first round was held at CASTLE FTC.

The MFTA summer league round 9 was held at Harriers FTC. Well done to Nick Murphy and John Amos for winning this round of the summer league with a score of 33/40.
The 2019 World field target championships concluded today with the awards ceremony held at the Heart of England Conference & Events Centre in Warwickshire England.
Field target has finally come home to England with an outstanding performance from John Castello over the three days of shooting, finishing with a score of 145 out of 150 just 5 shots drop over the 3 days. Jack Harris from Wales finished in second place with a score of 143, 3rd was José Redondo from Spain. A very well done to Redvers Gallagher from England who finished in 5th with a score of 140.
The Harriers AGM will be held after the MFTA summer league round 9 shoot at the Harriers FTC. Harriers club members attendance would be appreciated, meeting will start about 3pm.
