Hope you are all safe and well
At this moment in time, as you are aware the club does not currently have a Chairman, which is a vital role of any committee.
We have not been able to hold our usual AGM due to covid 19 and government guidelines to elect a new chairman in the usual way. However the clubs needs a chairman for insurance purposes which is due for renewal soon, therefore I would like to propose Bobby Banks for this position with immediate effect
The AGM will be held on the 8th November 2020, after the Winter League, we will hopefully be looking to start the meeting at approx 2.30pm, it would be great to see you there if you are able to attend, due to the restrictions the meeting will be held outdoors by the plinking range
The membership renewals for 2021 will also be sent out in November.
If anyone has any objections with the above proposal please let me know by the 23.10.2020 or if anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
